Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Hankamer, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work is generally described as the construction of a 0.3 MGD wastewater treatment facility, located in Hankamer, Texas. This project will also provide for a wastewater treatment plant mat foundation, concrete slabs, stand-by generator, electrical & control system, yard piping, fencing, and miscellaneous sitework. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid [for those contracts that exceed $100,000]. A certified check or bank draft payable to the Chambers County or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The Chambers County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
