Demolition, site work and renovation of a civil project in Highlands, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project will consist of the construction and installation of a new wastewater digester along with blowers, sludge pumps, polymer feed equipment, sludge dewatering equipment, new chlorination/de-chlorination facility, process water facility, motor control facility, and aeration equipment; the relocation of the incoming power and service entrance; the rehabilitation of the existing stormwater holding tank and chlorine contact channel; demolition of existing structures, and all appurtenances necessary to complete the project. Accompany Bids with acceptable Cashier's or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, payable without recourse to the District, or a Bid Bond of like amount from an approved surety company, as a guarantee that bidder will enter into a contract.
