This project is located at sjra's siphon 22 in highlands, texas, which crosses the highlands division main canal at a point approximately 3,900 feet along the canal north of barbers hill road. This project will entail providing safer and better access across the siphon structure and along the east and west maintenance berm roads by removing an existing culvert on the east road, fully crossing the canal easement with four (4) - 24-inch buried hdpe culvert pipes, with headwalls/wingwalls at the inlet and outlet, re-grading of the siphon/maintenance road berm areas, and installation of rccb on the siphon structure surface to allow for less maintenance.
