Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Pueblo, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Ceilings and restrooms are being upgraded to provide suicide mitigation for the CMHIP Geriatrics Program in Building 121. Remove existing grid ceilings in patient rooms and rooms accessed by unsupervised patients. Replace grid ceilings with drywall ceilings including ligature resistant HVAC and light fixtures. Renovation of three (3) restrooms and one (1) shower room. Install new fire alarm detection system in the same area. Other miscellaneous work to mitigate suicide risk in unsupervised patient areas. All Questions are due April 2, 2021 at 5:00pm and all answers will be provided by April 5, 2021 at 5:00pm.
