The intent of this project is to renovate the #300 Building at the University Village at Walking Stick Apartments, addressed as 4060 Walking Stick Blvd. The University Village complex was constructed in the mid-1990's and is made up of seven (7) buildings; a central club house/office building and six (6) residential buildings. Building #300 is one of the residential buildings and is composed of six (6) apartment units. The schedule of this project is extremely important. Actual on-site construction may commence on May 20, and shall be substantially complete, before the students move in for the fall semester, on or before August 1, 2024. Liquidated damages will apply.
