Reference Number 0000343288 Please See The Attached Specifications And Bid Proposal For The Annual Contract Of Cast Iron Fittings. You Must Ensure That Your Extension Pricing And Grand Total Is Accurate. All Proposals Must Be On Pueblo Water's Bid Proposal Form. All Bids Must Include A Completed And Ledgible Acknowledgement Form. Please Use Provided Bill Of Material Sheet For Bid Calculation Accuracy. All cast iron fittings shall conform to AWWA C110 and/or AWWA C153, latest revision, 2- inch to 48-inch, for 250 psi water pressure plus water hammer. Fittings larger than 12-inch shall be Class 150. All fittings except plugs and sleeves shall be cement lined to conform to AWWA C104 latest revision, with a bituminous seal coat or shall be coated with fusion bonded epoxy coating of 6 mils. Approved epoxy coatings are: 3M #303, Indurall #3300, Mueller HP, P & L Vitralon #88-983, Keysite 740, Rust-Oleum 9500, Al-Clad 0278, Polymer Corporation Corvel 531-6088, Scotchkote 206N, Tnemec Company Series 20 Pota-Pox (two-part), or other epoxy coating approved by Pueblo Water. The One Bolt Inc. fittings (4" - 12"), or Pueblo Water approved equal, may also be accepted with the following requirements: o Comply with AWWA Standards C153/A21.53-19, C111/A21.11-17, and C116/A21.16- 15, or latest revision thereto. o Comply with ASTM D3139, F1674 and F477, latest revision. o All fittings shall be coated with fusion bonded epoxy coating of 6 mils. No exception. o The bid shall be accompanied by a letter from the manufacturer certifying the epoxy coating is 6 mil.
