The Project Duration is from October 1 thru December 13, 2024. BASE BID. Provide labor, equipment and materials for the demolition of approximately 400 L.F. cast iron pipe, install 400 L.F. of 20" Internal Restraint C900 pipe and appurtenances inside the 5.8 MG below ground Watts Tank. Pueblo Water will provide pipe, flanges, valves, bolts and nuts, roll-offs for scrap iron (property of Pueblo Water). Contractor will provide necessary materials for construction including epoxy paint, concrete touch up, grouting, shimming, strapping, etc. Upon Mandatory Pre-Bid Inspection, it will be determined if new pipe cradles will need to be installed, as well as demolition of existing cradles. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - FOB Destination - Insurance Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. Any bid submitted after the time and date specified will be considered. Pueblo Water reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept that bid or proposal which in their opinion best serves the interest of Pueblo Water.
