Reference Number 0000343313 1. Stainless steel repair clamps to be designed for a working pressure of 150 PSI. Repair clamps shall be for buried service. 2. Design - Full circle, all stainless steel, for permanent pipe repair. 3. Band - Type 304 stainless steel. 4. Lugs - Type 304 stainless steel, heliarc welded and fully passivated. 5. Bolts and Nuts - Type 304 stainless steel. 6. Gasket - 1/4" thick SBR per ASTM D2000 MAA610 or 1/4" thick nitrile (Buna N) specially compounded to resist water, acids, alkalies, most (aliphatic) hydrocarbon and other chemicals. Gaskets shall be made from all new material. Gasket shall have a gridded pattern, be tapered on the ends and overlap for range capability. 7. Type - Single band, 2.32 thru 14.40 OD range - Double band, 14.41 thru 16.60 OD range - Triple band, 16.61 thru 30.72 OD range 8. "CC" thread on tapped outlet.
