Base Bid: Replace the Main Gym roof approximately 10,870 sq. ft. and the Auxiliary Gym approximately 6,910 sq. ft. with new roof membrane. Repair the existing TPO roof approximately 3,429 sq. ft To be considered, proposals must be made on the forms furnished by the Architect and must contain the name of every person interested therein and shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond (as per Section 153.571 Ohio Revised Code) in the amount of the highest aggregate amount of base bid plus all additive alternates submitted by the bidder, drawn in favor of the Treasurer of the Board of Education of the New London Local School District. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive informalities, to accept or reject any and all or parts of any and all bids. Except as permitted by Ohio RC 9.31, no bids may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time and receipt of bids. THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE REPLACEMENT OF THE ROOF FOR NEW LONDON SCHOOL'S AUXILIARY AND MAIN GYMS. THE SCOPE ALSO INCLUDES THE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED ROOFING ON THE MAIN SCHOOL BUILDING. A.
