Sealed Bids for the Floyd County Growth Center and Building 1, a new business campus and a new approximately 14,000 SF pre-engineered metal building located at the Floyd Regional Commerce Center, for Floyd County Economic Development Authority, will be received by Dr. Linda Millsaps, County Administrator, at 120 West Oxford Street, Floyd, VA 24091, until 2:00 P.M., local prevailing time, on April 19, 2021, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The Contract Documents may be examined at the Floyd County, VA offices, 120 West Oxford Street, Floyd, VA; at Thompson & Litton, Radford Office, 726 Auburn Avenue, Radford, VA 24141; and online at TRASCO (www.trascoplanroom.com).
