The Floyd - Floyd County Public Service Authority (PSA) seeks proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services on an "as needed" basis. Project assignments may include the following: evaluations and studies including preliminary engineering and environmental reports, design, preparation of bid documents, bid services, construction administration, and resident project representation services and operations assistance for various types of water and wastewater projects. Services may also include plans and specification review, attendance at PSA Board meetings, assistance with rate structures and financing, and assistance with PSA Standard Specifications, Rules, and Regulations. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
