Site work for a mixed-use development in Floyd, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
The Economic Development Authority of Floyd County, Virginia (EDA) is requesting bids for the provision and installation of a separation tank on sanitary sewer line coming from the Floyd Growth Center Building 1 located at 129 Growth Center Drive NE, Floyd, Virginia. Building 1 is a dual-tenant business space. This tank is required by the Floyd-Floyd County Public Service Authority. See attached sample diagram. Note that it shows two manholes but our project ONLY REQUIRES ONE MANHOLE COVER. Note that the in and out pipe sizes are 6" inside diameter. The depth of the pipe is about 9 ft 3 inches to the center of the pipe, so the hole in the ground will be about 15-20' deep. For questions, call 540-745-9352. The EDA reserved the right to reject all offers. Please indicate if you expect to be able to fully complete and bill the work by June 30, 2024. Invoices generally paid within 2 weeks.
