The County of Floyd is placing out to bid a 3-year maintenance contract for the county elevators. The County of Floyd has 3 elevators: 2 Otis elevators located at 101 East Main Street, the Floyd County Court House & Sheriffs department. (The winning bid employee's may be subject to a back ground check before entering.) 1 Dover elevator located at 202 East Main Street, Administrative Office. The bid is for: Yearly maintenance check, review, etc. Yearly inspection. Rate of a service calls. Hourly rate. All bidding contractors shall supply a copy of their contractor's license and insurance with their proposed bid. Floyd County reserves the right to reject all bids and shall negotiate fees in accordance with funding availability. Floyd County is an equal opportunity employer.
