Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a transportation facility in Huntington, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

This project includes the Apron portion of the Marshall University School of Aviation at Yeager Airport. A separate contractor has been awarded the Site Preparation portion of the project which includes the erection of a classroom building and an aircraft hangar. Coordination with said Site Preparation contractor shall be maintained at all times. Portions of each project may overlap. See Construction Safety Phasing Drawings for details. This project involves installing the electrical systems, drainage appurtenances and pavement associated with the aircraft apron. Pavement removal, pavement milling, electrical removal, tie-down installation and pavement markings are also included. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) solicitation is not required on this project, however, Contractors shall report any DBE used on this project with monthly reports. This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program.
