Renovation of a fire / police facility in Huntington, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
HPD Roof Repair - The City of Huntington West Virginia is soliciting proposals from licensed contractors for roof repair work at the Jean Dean Public Safety Building located at 675 10th Street Huntington WV 25701. Exact measurements of the roof are to be taken by the vendors attending the mandatory site visit. Specifications BASE TIE-IN FAILURE REPAIR - Approximately 430 LF 1. Remove ballast and set aside for re-use 2. Remove and dispose of torn, bridging and deteriorated EPDM at wall and curb flashing 3. Install Reinforced perimeter fastening strip (RUSS) 4. Install new EPDM rubber membrane 5. Adhere new EPDM flashing to field sheet 6. Re-distribute ballast.
