Renovation of an educational facility in Huntington, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of HVAC renovations for the MRI Building including the following: Removal and replacement of boiler and related piping and controls where indicated on Drawings and as specified. Removal and replacement of existing gas piping, associated gas piping fixtures, and electrical items as indicated on the drawings and as specified. Restoration of all areas impacted by work compared to existing documented conditions. Alternate Bids will be solicited for alternate HVAC control systems. Reference Section 012300 ‘Alternates’. The University may accept or reject any bid in whole, or in part in accordance with Marshall University Board ofGovernors Policy No. FA-9 Purchasing Policy.
