Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept sealed bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Bacon PDC Transition Center Dormitory Addition and in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. This project will consist of: Bacon PDC - Reduced version of Smith Transitional Center Dormitory +/-5,000 SF Minimum-Security, 50-bed open floor plan dormitory with Day Room space, Inmate Toilets and Showers, Control Room, Nurse Room and Staff Toilet. Building to be configured to accommodate a future additional 50-bed dormitory unit.
