**As of June 02, 2021, project has been awarded to BHI, Inc. but awarded amount was not confirmed. Duchesne County is seeking a contractor for construction of the Duchesne County Roosevelt Branch Library, which includes a new approximately 17,000 square-foot library building. All contractors must arrive on time and stay for the entire duration of the site visit. Any contractor arriving at 11:01 a.m. or later are ineligible for bid submission. It is the contractor's responsibility to plan their travel accordingly to allow time for any adverse conditions and/or delays. The Issuing Office will keep a record of contractors which attend the site visit in the form of a Bidder List. The Bidder List from the site visit and any Q & A from the site attendance will be uploaded to U3P for viewing. An addendum document will be prepared after the pre-bid meeting which addresses all questions asked to that point. The addenda will be posted on this site.
