Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sunriver, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
1st Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Statements are due by 4:00 PM on the above date in order for bids to be considered for award. Bids and 1st Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Statement received after the required time and date time will not be considered. The scope of work for this bid includes, but is not limited to the following: o Replacing the existing keystone block walls in the school courtyard with cast-in-place concrete retaining walls. o Updating the stormwater drainage system. o Replacing the railroad tie retaining walls and stairs at the playground and athletic field with cast-in-place concrete retaining walls, stairs, and accessibly ramp. o Reconstructing the existing concrete walkway from the school to the playground This project is a PREVAILING WAGE project therefore no bid will be received or considered unless the Bid contains a statement by the bidder, as part of the bid, that "Contractor agrees to be bound by and will comply with the applicable provisions of 279C.838, 279C.840 or 40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148."
