Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a 25,000-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; road / highway; and road / highway.
In General, the Project Consists of the Installation of a 25,000 Sq. Ft. New Parking Lot at Eau Claire North High School. This Project Includes New Concrete Sidewalks, Asphalt Paving, a Biofiltration Pond, Storm Piping Connected to an Existing Storm Inlet, and New Light Poles With Underground Electrical. The Geotechnical Exploration Program Consisted of Three Borings (B-1 Through B-3) Drilled to Depths of 10 Feet Below the Existing Ground Surface. The Boring Locations Are Identified on the Boring Location Diagram (Figure 2). The Ground Surface Elevations at the Boring Were Provided by Pob, the Project Civil Engineer. Questions Are Due to Market & Johnson by January 28, 2025 2:00 Pm The Owner is considered a tax-exempt entity, therefore WI. Stat. 77.54(9m) will be utilized on this project. Bidders in Selected Work Categories Shall Submit a Bid Bond or Certified Check Made Out to Market & Johnson in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Maximum Amount of the Bid. Bid Bond Shall Be Aia Document A310 or Equivalent Form, Failure Fa to Include This Bid Security With the Bid Form Will Result in Disqualification. Bidders Are to Hold Their Bid for Minimum of 120 Days After the Stated Bid Date.
