Site work for a military facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a military facility.
In general the work consists of: encapsulating existing surfaces and constructing new finishes in the former indoor firing range (IFR) to allow for general use by staff and the public. Contractor shall remove and salvage existing items and equipment, clean walls, floors, and ceilings, encapsulate and construct new finishes, and reinstall salvaged items and equipment. New finishes are described as follows: Walls - paint over gypsum Concrete floors - coated with epoxy, new flooring to having minimal seams Wood Ceilings - coated with urethane Light fixtures and unit heaters will be salvaged and reinstalled. IFR spaces will not be connected to ducted HVAC system if available and verify.
