The Housing Authority of Eau Claire is seeking the service of a Lead Based Paint and Risk Assessor and Clearance Testing for work associated with the Community Development Block Grant Housing funding for the Loan Rehabilitation Loan Program and other housing programs funded by Federal, State, and local sources as described in this RFP. The Housing Authority of the City of Eau Claire (HACEC) is seeking the services of a Lead Based Paint and Risk Assessor and Clearance Tester for work associated with the CDBG Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and other housing programs funded by Federal, State and local sources. Dwellings to be tested and cleared will be enrolled in CDBG and other housing programs administered by HACEC. The number of projects will depend on the availability of funding and the condition of the properties of applicants. Properties will be scattered throughout the City of Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
