Sealed bids, submitted in accordance with the Invitation for Bids for Procurement, Water Treatment Plant Emergency Generator and Switchgear, Each bid shall also be accompanied by documentation of the efforts used to comply with the EPA Community Grant program, included in the Supplementary Conditions. We encourage DBEs, including MBEs and WBEs, to submit proposals. Contractors will be expected to demonstrate the Six Good Faith Efforts to identify and solicit Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms for the procurement of project construction, equipment, services, and supplies. OWNER reserves its rights to waive any informality or deficiency in any Bid, to accept any Bid, to negotiate modifications of any Bid with any Bidder and accept any modified Bid, to reject any Bid, to reject all Bids, and to rebid the Project, all at the OWNER's sole discretion. 5% Bid Security is required.
