Site work and paving for a road / highway in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Asphaltic Sealcoat, construct a single bituminous seal coat application over a bituminous asphalt surface to be done in accordance with section 475 and 455 of the 2025 edition of the State of Wisconsin standard specifications for highway, construction, and the following special provisions.
