City Wide Valve & Hydrant Replacement Bid Bond 5% Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Please contact the City Purchasing Office for questions or additional information. All improvements to be constructed under Contract 2025-25 shall be completed by January 31, 2026, and within the constraints of all other pertinent contract sections. A list of hydrants and valves to be replaced will be provided by the City of Eau Claire Water Department to the contractor by July 11, 2025. This list hydrants and valves shall be replaced and repairs to the street completed by November 7th, 2025.
