Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
**As of June 25, 2021, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for the award is not yet determined.** This project is to rehabilitate the T-Hangar Taxiway pavement (approx. 25,000 SY). The work includes pavement removal and construction of a new stone base and State mix asphalt pavement section, replacement of portions of the existing drainage system, installation of new trench drain, and marking. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price will be required for the successful Contractor. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the date of receiving bids. The Contractor shall have 70 Calendar Days to complete the project.
