Renovation of an educational facility in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Recapping of existing two ply modified bituminous roof system with a new modified bituminous cap sheet, complete with all flashings and accessories, also including full roof system replacement, including two (2) vent stack covers at identified wet area. .2 Coordination of all sub-contractors. .3 Scheduling of work with Engineer - Architect and building Users. Contractors are reminded that they must receive tender documents for bidding purposes from the office of Construction Tendering - Buildings (Division), Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, Fredericton NB, 506-453-2706. Only those tenders submitted by bidders listed as having received tender documents from the Central Tendering - Buildings Division office shall be considered. Award subject to final approval.
