**As of May 01,2023, this project has been awarded to Pidherney's Inc, with the awarded amount of $2,722,808.66.** The scope of the Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: i. Schedule A: Westerner Pond Rehabilitation a. ECO plan preparation and implementation, b. Supply and installation of erosion and sediment control, c. Supply and installation of rig-matted access and laydown areas, d. Supply, installation, and removal of snow fencing and steel construction fencing, e. Site surveying, site clearing, and tree/shrub clearing, f. Pond excavation, disposal, and stockpiling of common fill and topsoil, g. Placement and compaction of pond clay liner with pit run, h. Removal and disposal of CSP outlet pipes and concrete inlet pipe, i. Supply and install of concrete storm pipe, oil/grit separator, outlet control structure, flap gate, flared end outfall, and emergency spillway concrete slab, j. Supply and installation of crushed gravel , geotextile, and rip rap, k. Supply and install of granular access road, entrance gates, and chain link fence, and; l. Install of topsoil and supply and install of seeding, and rehabilitation of all landscaped areas.
