Site work for a bridge / tunnel in East Aurora, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The project consists of the replacement of a new culvert along with associated work at the Tannery Brook Site in the Village of East Aurora. A description of the Work included under this Contract is included in Section 01010, Summary of Work, of this Contract. Provisions of a complete Project administration and management. Review and confirmation of Project scope. Development of a site-specific safety plan. Provisions for all required shop drawings and submittals. Procurement of all CONTRACTOR-supplied materials and equipment. Provisions for storage of all CONTRACTOR-supplied materials and equipment. Dispose of all demolished materials and excess materials off-Site in accordance with all federal, state and local laws for the disposal of materials. All demolished material and surplus materials shall be immediately removed from Site. Provisions of all applicable permits and inspections. Installation, inspection, testing, commissioning and startup of all equipment and systems, and the overall Project startup assistance required to successfully complete the Project. Provisions of all as-built documentation including all as-built drawings, and all supplied equipment data manuals. Provisions of orderly work closeout, and work acceptance by OWNER. Work guarantee and warranty.
