Renovation of a mixed-use development in East Aurora, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
SED# 14-03-01-03-0-006-027 204 Masonry F. Project Description: Project consists of alterations at East Aurora Middle School and High School. East Aurora High School: 1. Includes masonry restoration, electrical work, new turf fields, new tennis courts, parking lot replacement, and associated sitework. East Aurora Middle School: 1. Includes interior renovations to hallways, classrooms, and public spaces including finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing renovations and replacements. Work will impact hazardous materials and structural components as well. A. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. All questions, interpretations, clarifications, etc. pertaining to the bid documents must be made in the separate form provided on the next page and emailed to Steve Shchurowsky at steves@youngandwright.com and Stephen Jeffrey at sjeffrey@youngandwright.com with the email subject 22009.2 East Aurora Phase 2 no later than 4pm on February 6, 2025.
