SED# 14-03-01-03-0-006-027 Project consists of alterations at East Aurora Middle School and High School. Project Location: East Aurora High School 1003 Center Street East Aurora, NY 14052 East Aurora Middle School 430 Main Street East Aurora, NY 14052 East Aurora High School: 1. Includes masonry restoration, electrical work, new turf fields, new tennis courts, parking lot replacement, and associated sitework. East Aurora Middle School: 1. Includes interior renovations to hallways, classrooms, and public spaces including finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing renovations and replacements. Work will impact hazardous materials and structural components as well. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. Multiple Contract Project consisting of the following prime contracts: 231 Site Work Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid.
