The tender is for the construction and site development of Rotary playground located within Riverdale Park on Fletcher Rd, Alliston, ON. This project consists of development of the site, landscaping and construction of play pods, walkways, rubberized surfaces, and park lighting. The proponent will carry and coordinate with the Towns playground equipment provider and installer (Play Power Canada Limited) for this project. This park will serve the residents in the community of Alliston and local surrounding development and create a new feature park for the Town of New Tecumseth. The work includes but no limited to: - Mobilization/Demobilization. - Temporary Modular Hoarding Fence. - Site Permitting - Demolition and Removals. - Excavation & Rough Grading. - Concrete Works (including granular base); - Asphalt Paving (including granular base); - Coloured Rubberized Play Surfaces; - Supply & Installation of site furnishings and inground waste containers (incl. concrete footings); - Site electrical and lighting works - Site Restoration, Sodding, Planting, and Horticulture.
