Demolition, site work and new construction of a medical facility in New Tecumseth, Ontario. Design plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Stevenson Memorial Hospital Redevelopment. Phase Two includes repurposing and revitalization of the hospital's current building. The scope of future renovations of areas of the hospital. Proposed projects include a much larger, newly outfitted Diagnostic Imaging Department. Also proposed is a new clinic rooms in Ambulatory Care (and dedicated spaces for consults/procedures). Preservation of our helipad and a new ambulance bay and garage adjacent to the Emergency Department. TIMELINE: This phase of the project remains on hold. An RFP for to prequalified firms for Design/Build firms for PHASE 1 only recently closed September 18, 2025; details are followed on a separate report (an award is pending). Further update early 2026. *Construction cost has yet to be finalized.
