Renovation of a library in New Tecumseth, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Town is seeking quotes from qualified and experienced general contractors for the supply, install and delivery of the Beeton Library Public washroom area renovation located at 42 Main St West, Beeton, Ontario. The Beeton Public Library was constructed in 2003 with a footprint of approximately 678M2 (7300 square feet) and currently comprises of a public library area, a large meeting room, two public washroom areas and basement storage. Currently, the two (2) washrooms are only accessible from inside the library area during regular operating hours. The Town is seeking to re-configure the washroom area to make it more accessible, as well as give the meeting room its own dedicated accessible washroom to provide a space that can be used outside of standard operating hours.
