Renovation of a detention facility in Lewiston, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
**As of May 26, 2021, project has not been awarded. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include removing of the existing flooring and mitigating floor moisture and installing new flooring in the hallways and other specific rooms in the JCCLewiston facility. Work also includes wall and floor resurfacing and replacement of plumbing fixtures in six individual shower stalls. See project drawings for specific scope of work. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
