Renovation of an educational facility in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades to the College Library. The scope of the project includes the addition of a lifting platform for people with reduced mobility and other work. TIMELINE: The owner has received only two bids for the tender for the general contractor 2021-03-30-RM-PF ÉLÉV and cancelled it as one of the bids was not in accordance with the tender requirement and the other one exceeded the available budget. The owner is seeking additional funding. If/when a new tender is issued, it will be followed in a new separate report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
