Everything must be contained in an envelope bearing the following mention: Call for tenders # 2022-20 - Professional laboratory services - quality control of materials - work 2022 - 2023. The City incurs no liability for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by the electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before tendering, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
