This call for tenders is subject to the following agreements; ACCQO, AQNB, ALEC. The tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee specified in the estimate, in the form of a certified check made out to the order of the City of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield or a tender bond issued by a surety company recognized by the 'Inspector General of Financial Institutions.
