DASNY is soliciting bids for the Window Replacement project at Capital District DDSO, Adirondack Day Hab located at 200 Smith Drive, Corinth, New York. The project's primary scope of work is to remove and replace nearly all of the existing windows throughout the facility. There is also PCB removal that must be coordinated with the replacement of windows and minor interior painting as part of the project scope One General Construction Contract will be awarded with an estimate of $225,000 - $250,000. The project is scheduled to be substantially complete on or before June 30, 2022. All individuals who plan to attend pre-bid meetings or bid openings in person will be required to complete and present a DASNY Visitor Covid-19 Screening Questionnaire, present government-issued picture identification to building security officials and obtain a visitors pass prior to attending the bid opening.
