Renovation of a mixed-use development in Corinth, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Board of Education of Corinth Central School District hereby invites the submission of sealed bids regarding: WALK-IN REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER This unit will be built in the Corinth Middle/High School building at 105 Oak Street Street, Corinth NY 12822. Any vendor that is interested in bidding needs to schedule a site visit prior to submitting their bid. Please reach out to Lisa Tevendale, Director of Food Services, at tevendalel@corinthcsd.org or 518-654-9005 ext. 3114 to schedule this visit. The award for this bid is anticipated to take place at the November 2025 Corinth Central School District Board Meeting. Notice of award shall be made to successful bidder within ten (10) business days of Board of Education approval. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Any questions should be directed to Lisa Tevendale, Food Service Director by calling 518-654-9005 ext 3114 or emailing tevendalel@corinthcsd.org. 1. New walk-in refrigerator (10'-6 1/2" X 10'-11" X 6'-10 5/8") / freezer (14'-10 1/2" X 10'-11" X 6'-10 5/8") including full installation. Please see the bid submission page for full specifications. 1. Minimum 90 day workmanship and 1 year parts/equipment expected. Please specify if different. Vendors may also include optional extended warranty options which the district may consider purchasing, but will not weigh as part of the total bid package for award purposes.
