Renovation of a mixed-use development in Corinth, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.
The objective is to evaluate, propose, and perform energy efficiency upgrades for facilities across the District in accordance with Article 9 of the New York State Energy Law. Scope of work may include, but is not limited to: LED lighting upgrades, boiler replacements, building automation system (BAS) improvements, and building envelope enhancements. The selected ESCO will be required to provide a written guarantee of energy savings. Attendance at a mandatory pre-proposal review (virtual) is required for any ESCO wishing to submit a proposal. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in the proposal process.
