Renovation of a water / sewer project in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Description: Rock Hill School District is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the Operations Center Wastewater Lift Station Upgrade. Bids shall be received in accordance to the specifications, plans and any supplemental information provided. The project is being coordinated with Campco Engineering Inc. with Robbie Conner (rconner@campcoengineering.com), Project Manager. Electronic files, in PDF format only, can be downloaded from the Engineer's FTP site. An executed Electronic Media Transfer Agreement Form (available from engineer) is required for electronic files. A bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of Rock Hill Schools, or a satisfactory Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and acceptable Surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. The Contractor's attention is called to the requirements relative to the Contractor's License. No contract will be awarded hereunder to any contractor who has not been properly licensed by the South Carolina Licensing Board of Contractors. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bids. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidders, prior to awarding of the contract.
