Also included in this project is a new multi-use recreational trail near the Village of Hilbert High School. A more detailed listing of those improvements is as follows: - 1st Street Improvements: Milling of existing asphalt pavement, fine grading, installation of asphaltic pavement, curb and gutter, and adjust existing structures. - 2nd Street Improvements: Remove existing asphaltic pavement, excavation, and installation of base course, asphaltic pavement, curb and gutter, and adjust existing structures. - Recreational Trail: Installation of base course, asphaltic pavement, underdrain, and light bollards.
