Renovation of a library in Ajax, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from pre-qualified HVAC Contractors for the supply of all labour, equipment, products, fuel and materials necessary to complete the Boiler Replacement at the Ajax Main Branch Library. Work under this Contract includes but is not limited to; the replacement of existing boilers, boiler venting, heating pumps (with new VFDs), unit heater, and domestic hot water tank; new premise domestic backflow preventer; associated controls, electrical, balancing, and general trades. Controls and Roofing will be under the cash allowances as noted and specified. Some work will need to be staged or done after hours to avoid disruption of domestic water services where noted. Bids will only be accepted from HVAC Contractors who have already been pre-qualified to bid for this project as per RPQ No. PQ2105 HVAC Contractors - Boilers & Condensing Units Replacements.
