April 22, 2021: Receive Bids. April 23, 2021: Contractor Descope meeting. April 29, 2021: Issue Intent to Award Letter. May 11, 2021: Anticipated Contract award date. On or about May 12, 2021: Issue Notice to Proceed. Within 15 days of Intent to Award Letter: Submit contractor clearances. Within 10 days of Intend to Award Letter: Begin Time Critical Equipment Submittals. Within 15 days of Notice to Proceed: Submit Construction Schedule. Within 20 days of Notice to Proceed: Submit Schedule of Values. Within 15 days of Notice to Proceed: Submit all remaining shop drawings. June 14, 2021: Contractor mobilization. August 20, 2021: Substantial Completion. Contractor shall perform specified work during this period as allowed for in contract documents. The contractor shall be substantially complete of all specified work from the date of mobilization by August 20, 2021. During the specified project schedule, the contractor will have access to the project site on or about the following dates: June 21, 2021 through August 20, 2021, Monday through Friday, 6:15 AM to 3:30 PM.
