Therefore, there are no award The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (the "Authority" or the "JTA") seeks responses to this Request for Information ("RFI") related to the Authority's proposed Workforce Development Program and Mentor Protege Program that will be used in upcoming design and construction projects under the Authority's Mobility Infrastructure Program. The summaries of each program and the proposed procurement implementation plan for each program is provided in this RFI. The Authority seeks feedback from the industry so we can build successful programs that works for all parties and meets the goal of the Authority to employ those that face barriers to employment and encourage the utilization and growth of local small businesses. The purpose of this announcement is to gather information from contractors regarding the plans the Authority has for creating a Workforce Development Program and a Mentor Protege Program for upcoming design and construction projects related to the Authority's Mobility Infrastructure Program. Questions and Answers. All questions or concerns regarding this RFI must be submitted on the JTA Procurement Portal prior to 12:00 PM (EST) on April 14, 2021. Late questions may be answered at the discretion of the Authority. All responses to questions will be uploaded to the Portal and issued in an Addendum on April 16, 2021 that is provided to all Respondents who have obtained the solicitation package from the JTA Bonfire Procurement Portal.
