Wildwood School Interior and Exterior Renovations. The Work includes but may not be limited to removal and disposal of existing resilient sheet flooring and carpet, removal of existing ceilings, patching and repair of existing surfaces to make good, removal and disposal of interior and exterior hollow metal doors. Hazardous material removal may be required. Construction of a new personal care washroom and gender neutral student washroom in an existing office space which will include construction of new partitions, new resilient sheet flooring, interior painting, new washroom accessories and mechanical and electrical work. Exterior work includes but may not be limited to exterior spandrel panel and cap flashing removal and replacement, replacing and painting existing cracked and spalling concrete block veneer, painting all exterior doors and frames and new mechanical roof penetrations. Protection of interior spaces from dust and debris under Work area, and final cleaning of interior areas affected by the Work is included. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price. Refer to the bid documents for additional enclosures.
