The scope of this Request for Bidders is to demolish the existing school, portables, rink, playground, shed and fence. The work will require demolition of entire building including underground elements, abatement of hazardous material and various structural, mechanical, and electrical components as well as site remediation. Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Form provided.
