Renovation of a mixed-use development in Shreveport, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a casino; and transportation facility.
This project constructed a new Festival Plaza along Crockett Street from Market Street east to Fant Parkway. It was necessary because casino development required the space formerly used for numerous public festivals and gatherings. Work included the renovation of the old Illinois Central railroad station on the site. As of January 27, 2026, this project is under construction.
