The City of Poway is requesting sealed proposals from interested Civil Engineering Consulting firms to perform water systems analyses of various private development projects This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued to invite Consultants to submit proposals for as-needed water systems analysis for the City of Poway. Please review the RFP fully, complete all response sections, and submit the package no later than 4:00 p.m. on May 5, 2021, to the City of Poway, Development Services Department, Attention: Tracy Beach, Senior Civil Engineer. The City reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal at any time and for any reason without any liability to any proponent or to waive irregularities at their own discretion. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
